Europäer, Bürger, Piraten: Hört uns an!
Die Piraten in Deutschland wollen mit euch die Möglichkeiten des neuen EU-Vertrags
nutzen, um einen Mißstand aus der Welt zu schaffen, der alle Menschen
zwische Zagres und dem Nordkap in gleicher Weise empört: Dem
Datenaustausch mit den USA im Rahmen des SWIFT-Abkommens. Dazu wollen
wir uns mit eurer Unterstützung des neuen Instruments der Europäischen Bürgerinitiative bedienen, um von Chalkidiki bis an den Polarkreis mit allen Europäern dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass die Brüsseler Kommission unsere Privatsphäre respektiert
und die Datensammelwut der USA ein Ende findet.
Nachdem das EU-Palament, das voläufige Abkommen verhindert hat, wollen wir nun auch das endgültige Abkommen verhindern.
Wir
wollen diesen Weg gemeinsam mit euch gehen, weil nur wir europaweit so
gut vernetzt sind und weil nur wir den Willen, die Kreativität und die
Energie aufbringen können, diese
Angelegenheit zu dem Ende zu bringen, die sie verdient: Dem Ende des Datenaustauschs von Bank-Überweisungsdaten mit den USA
Europeans, Citizens, Pirates: Listen up!
The German Pirate Party aims at using the possibilities within the new EU-Constitution, to tackle a serious drawback infuriating people in Sagres, as well as at the Northern Cape: The delivery of banking data to the United States of America within the SWIFT Agreement. Therefore we intend to use the new instrument for (? oder "of"?) an European Referendum to make sure, with citizens all over the European Union, that the European Commission in Brussels respects our privacy and also stops the American acquisitiveness.

opportunity to fight for their right of privacy.
We want to walk this path together, because only we can make use of being well connected to bring forth our will, creativity and energy to make this problem and end it deservs: Ending all data exchanges concerning bank transfers with the USA.
